In cases where you have lost multiple adjacent teeth, our implantologist can use two or more implants to support a bridge, rather than using a single implant for each replacement tooth.

The implantation process is very similar. The number of implants you need will depend on the width of the bridge.

The implantologist will space the implants out evenly across the gap and allow your gum and jaw bone time to heal. Once the implants are secure, the implantologist will attach your bridge.

An implant-retained bridge has many benefits over the traditional type.

The viability of a standard bridge is heavily dependent on the strength of the teeth on either side of the gap because they act as anchor points. An implant-retained bridge is totally self-supporting, affixed directly to your jaw.
